PROBLEM
The Plantar Fascia is a thick connective tissue that supports the arch structure of the foot. Plantar fasciitis refers to the inflammation of this tissue. It can be very painful when your foot is bearing weight and the pain is normally restricted to the front/ deep area of the heel bone or in the arch of the foot. This pain is often worst in the morning as the tissue has not warmed up and has become inelastic. The most common foot type is either low arched and flexible (pronated) or high arched and rigid (supinated). When the foot is pronated it increases in length, increasing the stress on the plantar fascia causing it to reach its elastic limit and tearing. Insoles are one of the most effective solutions for Planar Fascitiis
CURREXSOLE SOLUTION…
CurrexSole insoles will help realign the foot and improve the body’s posture. By supporting the arches of the foot with a currexSole insole, you can realign the lower leg creating a more natural angle. CurrexSole insoles will reduce the tension and strain on the plantar fascia eliminating the most common cause of heel pain. CurrexSole insoles will also provide an element of cushioning to reduce the impact stress on the heel bone, further reducing the stress on that area of the foot and eliminating the chance of further injury. N.B. If pain or discomfort persists, please seek medical advice.
