- We use Australia Post eParcel to delivery your order. Our Postage and Handling costs are as follows: Flat rate of $6.95 anywhere in Australia
- DELIVERY: All orders received before 4.30 pm Eastern Time, will dispatched the same day. Orders are shipped with Australia Post e-Parcel. This means you can track your delivery via Australia Post’s website. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, you can pick up your parcel from your nearest local post office. If you are not home during the day on weekdays, you may want to have your order sent to your work address instead.Approximate delivery times per State:NSW: 2 days (add 1 day for country NSW)

- DISCOUNTS. We offer a 10% discount on all orders of 3 or more pairs. Contact us to discuss larger quantity discounts for orders of 25 or more pairs.
- RETURNS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product in its original unworn/unused condition within 60 days of the purchase date (unless otherwise stated) for an exchange or refund less shipping & handling. HOWEVER, in order to correctly apply refunds and credits, you must provide purchaser name, address, and items purchased along with a notification advising whether you would like an exchange or refund. Goods returned in unsalable condition may be subject to a modest restocking charge.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. In order to keep our prices low and offer free shipping on qualifying orders, we DO NOT reimburse return shipping charges unless the product you received was incorrectly packaged/shipped by us. Do not return products C.O.D., as we will refuse delivery. IF WE ARE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, we will issue and send a prepaid shipping label to you. We will not cover shipping costs on any orders unless a prepaid shipping is requested and issued.
- CANCELLED ORDERS. You may cancel an order and receive a refund. At our discretion, said refund may be less the transaction fees paid to the merchant bank. For packages shipped and refused by recipient; an immediate refund will be issued for the purchase amount less shipping and handling costs..
- BACK-ORDERS. We work very hard to maintain an adequate inventory on all items displayed and promoted for sale; however, occasionally, a backorder may occur. We will immediately contact you to make you aware if an item is back-ordered and give you the option of waiting for the product, receiving a full refund, or substitute the item for another product. Of course, all back-ordered items will be shipped free.
- PAYMENT METHODS. We offer your option of payment through Paypal or payment by credit card through a Secure Merchant Bank checkout. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Checkout is Secure. We do not collect or store your credit card information. We are contacted when payment is approved. We do not have access to your credit card number or other such information.
